finally blogging again !
last month was a hectic month . exams , assignments ... summer break is finally here !
but i just realised that exam results are coming out tomorrow . wtfwtf how how howwww T_T
i feel like i'm gonna pass out anytime . sigh ...
started my summer break with a holiday getaway with the family .
Macau , here we come !
Day 1 ;
waited for our flight at KLIA2 . woah the place is like a shopping mall now !
with restaurants and shops such as Nando's , Giordano , Baskin Robbins and etc .
spotted Ficelle Boulangerie Patisserie . can finally satisfy my macarons craving ! hooraaayy
breakfast at 4am ... (our flight was 6am so we had to be there by 3am . basically , i didn't get to sleep at all)
byebye Malaysiaaa !
the only bad thing about KLIA2 is that the boarding gates are really far . it took us about 30 minutes to reach our boarding gate , including customs checking and etc .

forgive my uneven eyes and i only slept for 3 hours on the plane .
the weather wasn't good when we landed , it was drizzling .

finally checked in our hotel after lunch , Presidente Hotel .
ignore the messy bedsheets as the first thing my sis and i did was lie down on the bed :/
the hotel was quite old and filled with cigarette smell . cleaners had to help us open our windows in order to get rid of the smell .
spotted a random restaurant called Dee8 Restaurant . i guess the others were lazy to walk further so they've decided to eat there .

the food here is okaaaayy i guess . nothing special . i wanted to eat something more local rather than eating in a restaurant , but ... oh well .
a few of my aunts and uncle went to casino while my family and i went for a stroll around .
loving the night view of macau . it feels familiar with the big neon signs cause i do watch TVB dramas very often.

this particular building caught my attention once i saw it . no idea why but i find it very simple and magnificent .
Hotel Lisboa
and this is our stay for the 2 nights .

gotta say it's pretty convenient to travel at Macau . there's so many casinos around so most hotels provides shuttle bus to other hotels and casinos .

Day 2 ;
mom decided to join the half day open bus tour around Macau .
the weather was scorching hot ! like seriously very hot .
stopped by 大三巴 for a visit .
stopped by a random cafe for lunch . the food was ... not very good .
finally reached Ruins of St. Paul .
omg the weather was so freaking hot ! people were holding umbrellas while taking picture -.- lol
spotted this 猪扒包 shop but we just had our lunch . so my mom went and tapau a few back to our hotel haha it was quite good but it was already cold when i had a bite of it .
Macau Tower
we didn't go up but apparently there's bungee jumping and sky walking at the top of the tower .
too chicken to even go and try bungee jumping . the tower is too tall laaahh . have to try with something much smaller first lol
蛋饼 . bought a few boxes of this and omg it's so good !
i think until today , i finished one box lolol #dietplanfailed
after taking a short rest back at our hotel , we decided to go out and hunt for Portugese Tart .
i've done some research and apparently there's one shop near our hotel .

Grand Lisboa
finally reached !
Margaret's Cafè e Nata . there were a few reviews that i found online on this cafe about the portugese tart .
and there were already a line forming right in front go the shop ...
there weren't any place to sit so we tapau back to our hotel again .
best Portugese Tart everrrrrr !! too bad that we didn't get to try their milk tea as it was sold out when we reached .
we bought two boxes of portugese tart hohoho
headed off to Venetian for a visit as many people said that Venetian is a pretty place .
dinner at Venetian's food court . there were quite a lot of choices there .
the ceiling was so pretty that i had to snap a picture of it while standing in the middle of the food court
that's Galaxy Hotel .
too bad i didn't get to enter Venetian's casino cause of my sisters . but i did enter's Wynn and also Galaxy's casino .
it's a bit different from Genting's but i didn't really gamble or what . i would never understand those who would spend thousands and thousands of money on gambling when i can't even bear to spend RM50 .___.

Macau actually looks better at night than in the morning , probably because of the lightings haha
will update soon with my Hong Kong post .
too paranoid over my results and i'm still in dilemma whether i should go back all the way to semenyih to get my results , or just wait for it online .
sigh ... kill me . now . please T_T
